Zesty and versatile, Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic has just the right amount of acidity to shine in a multitude of culinary applications, especially where a savory characteristic is desired.  Made with traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage.

Use in: Marinades for chicken or beef; drizzle over tomatoes & roasted or steamed veggies; with pasta & rice; add to bloody marys; excellent in vinaigrettes

Pairs well with:  Garlic, Blood Orange, Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Tuscan Herb, and any Traditional Ultra Premium EVOO

Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
