A delicious combination of fresh, herbaceous sage pairs with an array of wild mushrooms including Cremini, Shitake, and Porcini.  The result is a rich, savory experience that can be used in many culinary applications.  It takes poultry and pork to a whole new level. Try it on roasted sweet potatoes. It’s a fall favorite, but excellent in all your savory dishes.
