Description
Use in: Vinaigrettes, salads of all varieties, but especially those with fennel; add an acidic punch to chicken and seafood marinades; over macerated berries
Pairs well with: Blood Orange, Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Gremolata, Tuscan Herb, Herbs de Provence; and mild/medium single varietal oils
Ingredients: Grape must, white wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites.
