Rib Rub Dust is a powerhouse of deliciousness. This rub is ideal for any cut of beef, pork, lamb or game – start with one to two tablespoons per rack of ribs or pound of meat. For lip-smacking, finger-licking good ribs, lightly dust each side of a rack of ribs and rub lightly. Set ribs in the refrigerator for at least two hours, longer is better and overnight is great.
