Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 4 tsp Olive Gourmet Wild Mushroom & Sage EVOO
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups red & green cabbage, finely sliced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Olive Gourmet Chipotle EVOO
  • 2 jalapeños, ¼ inch sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Gourmet Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 slider buns


  • Olive Gourmet Baklouti Green Chili EVOO (optional for a spicier burger)
    Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and divide into four patties. Grill patties on grill or in pan until burgers reach 165º internal temperature.
    While burgers are cooking mix together mayonnaise and Chipotle EVOO to create chipotle mayo and set aside.
    Heat Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar until it comes to a small boil then take off heat and add jalapeños to the liquid. Let sit for 10 mins.
    Add chipotle mayo to sliced cabbage with salt and pepper.
    Assemble burgers with pickled jalapeños, cabbage mix, herbed turkey burger and drizzle of Baklouti Green Chili EVOO.
