Shipping and Returns

Because we ship throughout the US and the weather varies from intense heat to freezing cold, we advise that someone be home to receive the order. Both extremes can cause corks to move and contents to leak. We’ll email you with tracking information when your order ships. Olive Gourmet is not responsible for orders left outside in extreme temperatures.

We pack your order very carefully, but occasionally a box gets dropped in transit and bottles get broken. If that happens, please call the store ASAP. We ask that you take photos of the box and its contents so that we can file a claim with the USPS. We will replace broken bottles.

All sales are final.
